A public slipway is located at the south western corner of the harbour and is suitable for the trailer launch of small vessels. Access for cars is provided.
The latest weather forecast and other information is posted daily at the harbour office.


Fresh water outlets are available on all berths except E pontoon.
Bins are provided for the disposal of rubbish adjacent to the harbour office.

Fender boards are available for boats mooring along the harbour arm.
The toilet block is located 50 metres east of the harbour office. The code for the door is available from the harbour master.
Vehicles can be parked adjacent to the harbour masters office for a limited period (with the harbour masters permission) for the offloading of heavy items


Apart from the facilities shown below, the Harbour Master can arrange the following:
Disposal of oil waste
Disposal of old flares
Disposal of old batteries
The use of a phone in case of emergency
The charging of batteries
The use of a hand trolley for the transport of heavy items
The use of a fridge in summer to cool drinks
Available at the harbour office is a comprehensive list of local marine engineers, and companies providing marine related services. If you are new to the Island, brochures are available detailing local events and places of interest to visit.
